From Wall Street to Predictive Human Infrastructure (PHI™). After more than two decades in high-finance, including as a Managing Director on Wall Street advising private equity firms, C-suite executives, founders, corporate boards, and Fortune 500 companies, I came to recognize a recurring pattern.
The greatest threats to long-term health, success, leadership, enterprise value were not financial. They were HUMAN.
Again and again, I watched exceptional leaders make avoidable poor decisions during periods of sustained complexity, uncertainty, conflict, or transition—not because they lacked intelligence or experience, but because the human operating system was under pressure.

Today, I combine years of executive leadership and advisory experience, formal training in clinical psychology and behavioral science from one of the nation’s leading universities, extensive practice with therapeutic clients, and deep understanding of strategy, governance, and systems to build a platform that helps individuals proactively address their health, performance, wellness and longevity.
