Founder & CEO
Oksana S. Levin is a former Wall Street Managing Director with more than two decades of leadership experience in private equity focused investment banking, leveraged finance, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance, with an exclusive focus on the global healthcare sector.
She is the Founder and CEO of The Wall Street Shrink™, a behavioral risk infrastructure platform designed to stabilize decision-making in high-stakes environments.
During her tenure on Wall Street, Ms. Levin rose to one of the most coveted executive ranks in international banking — an achievement reflecting both her strategic rigor and her resilience as a first-generation immigrant who came to the United States close to thirty years ago in pursuit of the American Dream.
After achieving many of her professional ambitions, she redirected her expertise toward impact-driven work at the intersection of finance, psychology, social responsibility and human decision behavior.
Her advocacy for pro se litigants navigating complicated custody and financial matrimonial disputes before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, together with her strategic advisory work within oncology biotechnology ventures, reflects a rare combination of financial sophistication, ability to resolve complex situations and use her social conscience to mitigate risks within the acute adversarial and cross-functional dynamics.
In recognition of her professional accomplishments and academic work, Ms. Levin was named an Honored Listee in Marquis Who’s Who in America (2024) selected for her positions of responsibilities, achievement and distinct contributions to the American Society.
Beyond accolades, Ms. Levin’s work is driven by a deeper purpose: addressing one of the most overlooked risks in leadership and wealth environments — behavioral instability under pressure. During her years advising corporate boards, private equity investors, and founders, she observed that some of the most consequential threats to strategic outcomes were not financial or operational, but behavioral. The Wall Street Shrink™ platform was created to bring structure, measurement, and stabilization to this often invisible dimension of decision-making.
The Wall Street Shrink™
The Wall Street Shrink™ LLC is a New York City and Palm Beach, FL–based behavioral risk infrastructure platform supporting decision makers operating in environments where financial, legal, and reputational consequences are significant.
The platform provides non-clinical decision-stabilization systems for:
ultra-high-net-worth / high-net-worth (“UHNW” / “HNW”) individuals and families
founders, senior management and C-suite executives
private equity firms and leadership teams within their portfolio companies
wealth managers, capital allocators, asset management funds and family offices
Clients often engage the platform during periods of elevated complexity including:
business exits and liquidity events
succession and governance transitions
leadership crises or reputational stress
high-stakes litigation or divorce
multi-generational wealth dynamics
organizational transformation
In these environments, outcomes are rarely determined solely by strategy or intelligence.
More often, they are shaped by behavioral stability under pressure — the ability to maintain emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and disciplined judgment when complexity intensifies.
The Wall Street Shrink™ was designed to address this often-unmeasured dimension of leadership and personal decision environments.
Rather than operating as therapy, coaching, or consulting, the platform functions as a structured behavioral decision risk infrastructure designed to protect focus, clarity, credibility, and strategic discipline when decisions carry outsized consequences.
Integrated Behavioral Risk Infrastructure
The proprietary integrated behavioral risk framework combines the core CESI-50™ diagnostic with a human calibration layer delivered through the CALM Method™, with results systematically analyzed, interpreted, and continuously monitored. Together, CESI-50™ and The C.A.L.M.™ Method create a structured system that allows behavioral stability to be measured and optimized.
1. Diagnostic Measurement
CESI-50™ measures 50 proprietary behavioral indicators designed to evaluate clients’ psychological triggers that may destabilize their high-stakes decisions.
2. Human Calibration
The C.A.L.M.™ Method stabilizes emotional regulation, restores cognitive clarity, and strengthens disciplined decision frameworks.
3. Interpretation
Pre-/Post- delta analysis of core behavioral triggers, custom interpretation using The C.A.L.M. Method benchmarking, and reporting.
4. Outcome Monitoring
Follow-up diagnostics measure changes in stability over time, allowing improvement in decision performance to be tracked.
This integrated approach transforms behavioral stability into a measurable leadership performance variable.
CESI-50™ Executive Stability Index
The CESI-50™ Executive Stability Index is a first-in-class, proprietary behavioral-risk diagnostic designed to measure how stable decision-making remains when complexity, pressure, and uncertainty increase.
CESI-50™ measures behavioral risk in leadership decision-making – the way FICO score measures financial reliability.
The diagnostic evaluates 50 behavioral indicators that influence executive performance, including patterns affecting:
stress regulation
cognitive bandwidth and decision processing
emotional reactivity
strategic confidence
governance alignment
complexity management
The assessment produces:
an Executive Stability Score (“ESS”)
a Governance Compatibility Score (“GCS”)
a behavioral risk heat map
governance compatibility indicators
structured interpretation for decision environments
CESI-50™ introduces a new layer of leadership diligence by quantifying behavioral dynamics that often remain invisible yet materially influence institutional outcomes.
The framework can be applied across a range of decision environments, including private equity firms assessing management teams during acquisition diligence, corporations evaluating executive or C-suite leadership candidates, law firms considering the behavioral risk profile of prospective clients, and healthcare systems seeking to safeguard decision quality among clinical leadership and providers.
In each case, CESI-50™ provides structured insight into behavioral factors that may influence judgment, governance alignment, and strategic execution.
The C.A.L.M.™ Method
Center • Assess • Level-Set • Master
The C.A.L.M.™ Method is a proprietary behavioral stabilization and decision-calibration framework developed to restore clarity, emotional regulation, and leadership discipline during periods of elevated pressure.
The method operates through a structured four-phase, ten-step framework designed to stabilize identity, regulate emotional responses, and restore executive function during complex transitions.
The framework integrates insights from multiple evidence-based traditions including:
psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and action / commitment psychological theories
performance and decision-making optimization tools
executive motivational strategies
crisis-management science
behavioral finance
The C.A.L.M.™ Method serves as the human calibration layer of the broader behavioral risk infrastructure. It is non-clinical in nature and is NOT psychotherapy / counseling and does not include diagnosis, clinical assessment or treatment, or clinical crisis services.
